We design and manufacture patient-specific surgical guides for orthopaedic surgery. Our guides are precision engineered to accurately achieve surgeons’ alignment goals.

In addition to surgical guides, we provide high-accuracy bone models for surgical rehearsal and trauma plate-profiling.

SURGICAL GUIDES

We offer surgical guide systems for a number of procedures, including femoral, tibial and antebrachial osteotomies. We also design and manufacture drill guides for spine stabilisation procedures.

BONE MODELS

All our surgical guide sets come with pre and post op bone models, we 3D print our detailed, scale anatomical models from your scan data.

We also offer a print-only service for anatomical models, contact us for a quotation.

Working with us is easy, our digital workflow and specialist software enable all communication to be completed using a PC, phone or tablet.

  1. Plan – We will provide a form to detail your case requirements. We also need your scan data, this is uploaded to a secure folder on our network.
  2. Quote – A quote is prepared and emailed for review.
  3. Design – The correction is performed digitally, and the guides are designed. We also provide a design document that contains the key design steps and features of the correction/guide.
  4. Review – You will receive a digital link with analysis tools to review the design. Here you can request further changes or approve the design.
  5. Print – Once approved, the 3D models are sent for printing.
  6. Ship – A number of shipping options are available, depending on your location and lead-time requirements.

Lead times, from quote acceptance to delivery is typically 2-4 weeks, dependent on surgeon availability to review designs.
